The fuel tank is on the opposite side under the drivers seat. It has an electric fuel pump.

The 450 is a fun machine. I drove it for a year and had a good time every time I went out. It was incredibly reliable, only needing oil changes in the first 1200km's. That being said it's not a machine for me. It's a 450cc, which is wnown as the race class. Well this is not a race bike, it's a trail bike. More like the Yamaha raptor 350cc class. I own a Raptor 700 and my brother has a YFZ450 and both will destroy it, both in speed and suspension. To me it's a great starter bike, and there is lots of fun to be had on it! Oh yeah, I put a smaller front sprocket on it and it feels much better.

The charger is from Mountain Performance, and was a kit made for the Yamaha Rhino. They don't make a kit for the 800 but that doesn't mean it can't be done. Personally, i've seen to many crank and rod bearings fail, to start building real HP. What I would like to get is a stroker kit, but for some reason they don't make one. I was going to super charge mine but maybe that 975cc bbk would doo the job. Can't do any thing until I get my hands on a fuel programmer.

There is $16000 in aftermarket stuff on it including paint and powder coating. Tack on another $7500 for the unit and you have $23500. Not all that bad, as I have a few customers that have spent close to that on an enclosed cab and tracks. This is a showroom queen as it sits, it was built to showcase some of the aftermarket stuff that can be done to a Chino. It runs good but still needs a few thing to be 100%. New carb, blow off valve and a cam are the 3 most important. It's going up for sale. Any offers?lol

I would be interested in getting an 800 programmer as that is all I have. We never carried the FI 700's. I looked at you vids but it's tough to figure out with out it right in front of you.
